Instructions to the churchwardens of St. Mary Cornhill, London, for the general upkeep of the church and, more specifically, relating to the chantry of Thomas Welles endowed from his property in Lombard Street in the parish of St. Mary Wolnoth, shops and other tenements in Byrchynlane, his brewhouse called the Katherine Wheel, with a bakehouse in Grubb Street in the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate, which had been annexed to the parson and churchwardens of St. Edmund after the death of Agnes, wife of Thomas Welles.
