1. Mandate from Henry IV to R[ichard Clifford] bishop of London for the restoration to John Warberton', esquire, of the right of presentation to the church of Hardington, recovered him in a plea in the Common Bench against Thomas Lovell for default, and to admit the person presented by John to the cure of souls, having previously ignored the royal mandate. Westminster, 10 November 1412.
2. Mandate from Henry IV to R[ichard Clifford] bishop of London for the restoration to John Warberton', esquire, of the right of presentation to the church of Hardington, recovered him in a plea in the Bench against Thomas Lovell for default, and to admit the person presented by John to the cure of souls in person. Westminster, 9 November 1412.
3. Return of R[ichard Clifford] bishop of London to the justices in the Common Bench to the writ of 9 November 1412 ordering the restoration to John Warberton', esquire, of the right of presentation to the church of Hardington, certifying that although John fitz John, chaplain, had been presented, he had not appeared and so could not be admitted. Wickham, 13 November 1412.
