Depositions concerning the right of the prior of Wootton Wawen (Warwickshire) to tithes at Bearley (Warwickshire).
The deponents are:
- Richard Reve of Claverdon (Warwickshire), farmer, sixty, recalls that one of two virgates of land in question was held by Gerard son of William of Bearley and the other by Hugh [...] of Bearley;
- William Reve of Bearley, farmer, forty;
- Thomas Reve of Bearley, farmer, thirty;
- Simon Myll' of Wootton Wawen, bedesman of the same village, sixty, mentions alms of John, prior of Wootton Wawen;
- John Wylmecote of Aston Cantlow (Warwickshire), farmer, sixty;
- Robert Acokkes of Newnham in the parish of Aston Cantlow, farmer, sixty, who recalls that he and one William Wylmecote held the two virgates in question for eight years;
- Richard Bryd of Claverdon, farmer, almost eighty;
- John Aleyn of Longley in the parish of Claverdon, farmer, sixty.
