Grant of confraternity by John [Heslington] abbot of Roche (Yorkshire WR) to Robert Dine, prior, and the congregation of the Carthusian priory of the Isle of Axholme (Epworth (Lincolnshire), in return for the many kindnesses continually shown by them. Each priest of Roche will say three requiem masses for each recently deceased member of the Axholme community over and above the twenty masses de Deus venie for those unknown who have died.
