Description

Instructions for and the valuation of the Charterhouse, London.

The Charterhouse founded next to the gate of West Smithfield (Middlesex): rents and farms, diverse mansions and tenements rented out or demised at farm to tenants, namely John Doo, Richard Roo and Thomas Swanne; rents and farms, diverse tenements and cottages situated in the vill and lanes leading to St. John's Street, rented out and demised at farm to John Rawe and Richard Dawe;

The mansions of the bishops of Bath, Chester, Durham, Exeter, Lincoln, Norwich and Worcester in Middlesex are to be valued separately.
