Part 1: Special oyer and terminer roll and file. Principal defendants and charges: Sir Edward Neville, Sir Geoffrey Pole, George Crofts, clerk, Hugh Holland, John Colyns, clerk, high treason, conspiring with Cardinal Pole, 30 Hen VIII. 40 membranes.
Part 2: roll and file of court of the Lord High Steward and his peers. Principal defendants and charges: Henry Pole Lord Montacute, Henry Marquis of Exeter, high treason, adherence to Cardinal Pole and treasonable discourses, 30 Hen VIII. 28 membranes.
Part 3: Special oyer and terminer roll and file. Principal defendants and charges: Sir Nicholas Carewe, high treason, correspondence with the Marquis of Exeter, 30 Hen VIII. 20 membranes.
