Description

In three parts:

Part 1: Special oyer and terminer roll and file. Principal defendants and charges: Robert Feron alias Fern, John Hale, clerks, high treason, exciting sedition and rebellion; Carthusian priors of London, Charterhouse, Axholme, Beavale and Syon, high treason, denying the king's supremacy, 27 Hen VIII. 14 membranes.

Part 2: Special oyer and terminer roll and file. Principal defendants and charges: John Fisher, Bishop of Rochester, and three monks of the London Charterhouse, high treason, denial of the king's supremacy, 27 Hen VIII. 14 membranes.

Part 3: Special oyer and terminer roll and file. Principal defendants and charges: Sir Thomas More, high treason, denial of the king's supremacy, 27 Hen VIII. 10 membranes.
