United States of America: New Jersey: map: 'The Province of New Jersey, Divided into East and West, commonly called The Jerseys'. Title between trees, in a rural setting. Table of astronomical observations for notable places. Scale: 1 inch to 7 miles. Longitude is measured from Philadelphia. Engraved and published by William Faden, Charing Cross, 1 December 1777. Second edition by William Faden, 2 December 1778, with 'considerable improvements from the use of several military surveys'. Drawn from the surveys of Lieutenant Bernard Ratzer, 60th Regiment, and Gerard Bancker. Folded in a case with the label of the Quartermaster General's Department.
