Map of the county of Essex: 'Part the First of the General Survey of England and Wales Containing the whole of Essex And a portion of the adjoining Counties. Done by the Surveyors of His Majesty's Ordnance under the direction of Lt: Col: [Lieutenant Colonel] Mudge, of The Royal Artillery, F.R.S.'. Map shows hill shading. Four sheets dissected and joined. Piano-key borders. Scale: 1 inch to 1 mile. Published at the Tower by Lieutenant Colonel Mudge, 18 April 1805.
