Description

'Malta. Victoria Lines. Record plan of 'Right' and 'Left Magazines' for Howitzer Batteries Nos 1 to 7 and Caretaker's Qrs [Quarters] for same'. Site plans, top plans, plans, sections and elevations. Includes part of Admiralty chart 194 showing the lines and forts. Reference table to construction details. Scale: site plans: 1:2,500; top plans: 1:360; details: 1:120. Compass indicators. Surveyed and drawn by Staff Sergeant P E Gummer, Royal Engineers, 26 August 1901. Signed by Warrant Officer George Hales, Royal Engineers, 21 November 1901, and Colonel R M Ruck, Commanding Royal Engineer, 22 November 1901.
