(1) top plan, ground plan and magazine plan; (2) sections. Reference tables. Compass indicator. (3) Admiralty chart 974: 'Malta Ball's Bastion Battery for two 6 Inch B.L. [Breach Loading] Guns Mark VII April 1901' with manuscript additions showing arcs of fire from Ball's Curtain. List of abbreviations. Table of docks and table of bearings. Scale:1:4,854. Compass roses. Engraved, with coloured manuscript additions. Topographical features and outer soundings from survey by Captains Graves and Spratt, 1852-60.Surveyed by Staff Commander John Millard, Royal Navy, 1878-81.Additions by Commander Dawson and officers of HMS Sylvia, 1887.Engraved by Edward Weller.Published at the Admiralty, 31 December 1888.
