Malta. Two maps: (1) GSGS 2430: 'Map of the Island of Malta', with coloured manuscript additions and manuscript title 'Malta Defences Key Plan of the Malta Index Plans. Also showing Position Finding Cells'. (2) Six sheets, some made up of parts of more than one sheet joined, probably taken from the 'Survey of Malta'. Sheets 134 and 144 are included. Photozincographed and printed at the School of Military Engineering, Chatham, under the direction of Captain T T Grove, Royal Engineers, 1908 and 1910. Manuscript additions by F S N, November - December 1910, November 1912 and December 1913. Dimensions: between 61 cm x 63 cm and 90 cm x 76 cm.
