Signed by Quarter Master Sergeant R J Owen, Royal Engineers, Lieutenant E C A Rundle, Royal Engineers, Lieutenant Colonel G O Bigge, Royal Engineers, 25 May 1917, and Colonel A T Moore, 8 June 1917.
