Canada: Nova Scotia: Halifax. Wellington Barracks. Six sheets of plans. Block plan and site plan, (two copies, one coloured), ground, first, second and attic floor plans. Reference tables. Scale: 1 inch to 45 feet; site plan: 1:2,500. Compass indicators. Signed by Lieutenant Colonel E D C O'Brien, Commanding Royal Engineer, 12 December 1888. Zincographed and printed at the School of Military Engineering, Chatham, 1889. With manuscript additions 1900. Sent as enclosures to GOC's letter of 19 May 1900.
