South Africa: Natal: Newcastle. 'Record Plans Fort Amiel Newcastle'. Three sheets showing site plan, general plan, plans and sections of individual buildings. Scale: site plan: 1 inch to 1,000 feet; other plans: 1 inch to 30 feet, 1 inch to 15 feet and 1 inch to 10 feet. Compass indicators. Drawn by Superintendent E Hills, Royal Engineers, February 1882. Signed by R M Burg, December 1883. Manuscript additions to 1886. With a separate descriptive sheet. Dimensions: one sheet 77 cm x 113 cm; two sheets each 78 cm x 134 cm.
