Hampshire: Isle of Wight: Totland Bay. Plans and sections of cells at Position Finding Station number III, at Warden Point. Scale: 1 inch to 4 feet. By T L Rogers, Technical Civilian Draughtsman; signed on behalf of the Commanding Royal Engineer, Isle of Wight, by Major Prendergast, 15 February 1897; further signed by Colonel [?]Mascale, Commanding Royal Engineer, Southern District, 22 February 1897. A printed site map, apparently cut from Ordnance Survey 1:2500 County Series [sheet Hampshire XCIII.6], is affixed to the face of the sheet; scale: 1:2,500; coloured in MS, with additions showing the sites of the buildings depicted in the drawings and the boundary of War Department land; manuscript compass indicator. A note on the dorse implies that this sheet was once filed with maps and drawings of other Position Finding Stations on the Isle of Wight.
