Prepared by Lieutenant Colonel S A E Hickson, Commanding Royal Engineer, 6 November 1902; zincographed and printed at the School of Military Engineering, Chatham, under the direction of Captain B A G Shelley, Royal Engineers, 1903; corrected to 1903. Coloured manuscript correction to 1906.
