(3-8) Six sheets of plans, elevations and sections, showing a proposed railway line and tunnel, a proposed pier, and proposed sea defences and harbour works; also showing the existing streets, buildings, pier, railway line, etc. Plans to scale: 3 inches to 4 chains [1 inch to 88 feet or 1:1,056]; longitudinal sections to scale: 3 inches to 4 chains (horizontal), 1 inch to 20 feet [1:240] (vertical); cross-sections to scale: 1 inch to 5 chains [1 inch to 110 yards or 1:3,960] (horizontal), 1 inch to 40 feet [1:480] (vertical).
