[By] Corporal W Russell, Royal Engineers, 14 October 1912; revised by D Miller, 31 December 1912; printed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, 1913. Corrected to 1 June 1914 and signed by Lieutenant Colonel [?]Loughlin, Commanding Royal Engineer, Pretoria District. A note added in coloured pencil states: 'Property handed over to Union Government of South Africa'.
