Middlesex: Westminster (now the London Borough of Westminster): Whitehall. Ten maps and drawings mounted on one base sheet, showing Horse Guards and buildings in its immediate environs at various dates between 1578 and 1790. Reference notes on the history and development of the buildings. Copied from original drawings by [Ranulph or Ralph] Agas, [John Peter] Desmaretz, [John] Norden, the Rocque family and others. The base sheet signed by Walter H Tregellas, 13 February 1880. Five additional drawings, dated March and May 1880, are affixed to the sheet by their left-hand edges.
