Drawn by Alexander Whalley Light, Lieutenant Colonel, 25th Foot. Judging by the dates cited in the notes, it would appear that these drawings were made in about 1815 or shortly afterwards.

Many of the sheets appear to bear two or three different numbers. The item numbers used in this catalogue entry are those written on the dorse of each sheet in the form: 'WO 78/997 [item]'
