'Plan of the peninsula and city of Gibraltar. 1735': watercolour map showing fortifications, Spanish lines, and mountains above the town. Reference tables to fortifications and military buildings, and to 'New works done at Gibraltar by L. Tyrawly 1737'. Scale: 1 inch to 200 feet. According to the War Office map docket book (which was the original means of reference to the War Office maps), this copy was made by F Gould, 1779; this information is no longer visible on the map.
