Four sheets of the Ordnance Survey 1:500 map of Dover joined: Kent LXVIII.10.23-24 and [Kent LXVIII.14.3-4], together showing the environs of Dover Castle and Victoria Park. Sheets 14.3-14.4 surveyed by Captain Scott, Royal Engineers, 1858; engraved at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, under the direction of Lieutenant Colonel Cameron, 1859-1860; sheet 14.3 published 15 March 1861 and sheet 14.4 published 30 April 1861; revised to 1881. Coloured MS additions show War Department property. Signed by Colonel J R Gordon, Commanding Royal Engineer, South-Eastern District, 25 March 1884.
