Wales. Four sheets of the Ordnance Survey 1:2,500 County Series joined: Denbighshire XXVIII.7-8 and [XVIII.11-12], together forming a map of the environs of Wrexham (Wrecsam). Sheets XVIII.11-12 surveyed by Captain R O Jones, Royal Engineers, 1872-1873; levelled by Captain T P White, Royal Engineers; zincographed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, under the superintendence of Lieutenant Colonel Parsons, Royal Engineers. Coloured MS additions show War Department property. Signed by Colonel Edward Belfield, Commanding Royal Engineer, Northern District, 26 October 1874.
