Minorca (Menorca; now part of Spain). 'A Draft of Port Mahon with ye Castle of St. Phillips [San Felipe] and all ye new workes projected': map showing soundings in the harbour. Reference table to works and buildings. Fretwork cartouche containing the title and reference table. Scale: 3 inches to 160 fathoms. The War Office map docket book (which was the original means of reference to the War Office maps) suggests that this map was received from General Stanhope in about 1725.
