(Signed): Lieutenant W S Kincaid, Royal Engineers, 18 October 1884, Captain D C Courtney, Royal Engineers, 19 October 1884, and Major N H Mulloy, Commanding Royal Engineer; this copy reduced and printed [?cyclostyled] by Sergeant E Manning, Royal Engineers, 9 November 1884. Inscribed in MS, on both the face and dorse: 'No. 7 Plan in Pad No. 6 Sarras'.
