Signed by W Baker, Clerk of Works; by Captain Charles J Fowler, Royal Engineers; and by Colonel George H Burgmann, Commanding Royal Engineer, 27 August 1863. Various additional notes, in pencil. Stamped at the Royal Engineers' Office, Mauritius, 14 June 1875.
