Subject: corrupt practices in a suit for the estate of Richard Lloid, an outlaw [Welsh vol.: Refusal to execute a writ issued from the Court of Exchequer upon an action for debt against Richard Lloyd of Penryn Persham, gent, and delivered through the court of the Marches; neglect of duty in office, corrupt forgery and breaking of oaths.
