Documents: answer, two replications, commission, interrogatories, depositions taken at Gloucester.
Plaintiffs: Sir Henry Winston.
Defendants: Sir Thomas Throgmorton, Reynold Hollingworth and others.
County: Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire, Wales.
Subject: Accusations of misdemeanours mainly in musters in Monmouthshire; Sir Thomas Throckmorton was fined 2000 marks, imprisoned and forced publicly to confess at the next Assizes AND/OR subornation of perjury at the Gloucester Assizes over an action in the Court of Common Pleas over a lease of lands in Nympsfield and Berkeley.
