(From Vienna MSS. Lat. 3476, 68r-70v. Printed in Bulletin du Comite Hist. et Phil., 1892, pp. 56-65; of Simeon Luce, La France pendant la Guerre de Cent Ans, II, pp. 199-206). Presented to the Public Record Office by the Rev. Prof. J.H. Baxter, of St. Andrews in Scotland, December 1927.
