A report on the growth of the increasing activities of the San-ho-hui, in the Shun-te, Hsiang-shan, Hsin-hui, and Ho-shan areas. The writer urges that in the wake of recent victory over the rebels in Kwangtung, the government should send large numbers oftroops to put an end to secret societies. 3 ff.
