Eyre file, Kent.
Loose membranes from a file of Bench recorda sent to the Kent eyre of 1348.
The proceedings within these documents were noted on the plea roll of the eyre (JUST 1/393), but the eyre was immediately cancelled and the cases were returned to the Bench at Westminster on the octave of Hilary 1349.
Most of the items in this file were originally in C 47, and their former references are given on the guards.
Files of Bench writs sent to this eyre are at JUST 4/4/11-13 and JUST 4/4/16.
