Commissaries (mainly Colonel Abercrombie), Matthew Prior (Plenipotentiary in Paris), M le Blanc (French Intendant), etc. Includes reports of the embarkation from Dunkirk for Scotland in 1715 of the 'Old Pretender', James Francis Edward Stuart, his disembarkation in 1716 at Gravelines, and news of his supporters. Includes a plan of the new sluice at Mardyke in 1714.
