Description

Mr Harry Hylton-Foster Member's Question: Why compound interest is now charged in respect of teachers' late contributions under the Teachers Superannuation (War Service) Act, 1939; and if the Minister will excuse the payment of interest in cases when the teacher was invited by his department to pay by instalment without reference to interest.
