Sir Ernest Graham-Little Member's Question: If the Minister is aware that grammar school masters in Nottinghamshire are expected to fill in record cards in respect of their pupils and are restricted to award a definite percentage of pupils to each gradeirrespective of their ability; what is the ultimate destination of these records; and whether he has considered the possibility of their misuse, causing injury to the individual concerned; and whether he will stop this procedure.
