Mr. Michael Langhorne Astor Member's Question: Whether there will be some priority given to building village halls, social centres, and social clubs in village communities, where schemes of this kind are submitted to and approved by Local Authorities, in view of the need to increase the numbers of our agricultural workers, and concurrently to give further amenities to village communities.
