Description

Essays on radicalist themes; memoranda on Canadian Constitution, discipline and Capt. John Kennedy's (Later Lt. Colonel, a lifelong friend of Napier, noted for his agricultural experiments in settling Irish paupers on the land, and his engineering achievements in Cephalonia and India.) schemes for agrarian reform; correspondence presenting Napier's case (and grievances) against Sir Frederick Adam (High Commissioner for the Ionian Islands.); and printed letters relating to the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham.
