Includes a divorce treatise as follows:
LP v. 461 SP 1/67, fos 184-280v, 'ubi dicit', incomplete at beginning, opening with a quotation from the canon law which this incipit, 'ubi dicit', immediately follows. A reply, along with SP1/62 fos 60-139 (LP v. 5 (4)) and SP 1/63 fos 1-65v (lower right foliation) (LP v. 5 (9)) above, to a now lost treatise by Fisher which had probably been composed between mid-1529 and early 1530. See V.M. Murphy, 'The Debate over Henry VIII's First Divorce: An Analysis of the Contemporary Treatises' (unpublished doctoral dissertation, University of Cambridge, 1984) , pp142-63.
