This series is grouped into three sequences:
- BT 15/1-70: files registered up to 1918.
- BT 15/71-458: files registered from 1919 onwards. These were originally catalogued are arranged under subject-coded headings.
- BT 15/459 onwards: Administration of Enemy Property Department papers and claims by the Soviet Government against the UK in respect of Baltic States' assets and gold.
