Plans, sections and elevations of specifications for: i) Bessemer's improvements in methods of extracting saccharine from sugar cane, in the manufacture of sugar and in machinery connected with it; ii) Greening's improvements in knives and forks; iii) Newton's improvements in boilers or steam generators; iv) Ormerod's improvements in carding cotton and other fibres; v) Kilner's improvements in manufacturing railway and other axles and wheels, and in machinery connected with it; vi) Horsley's improvements in preventing incrustation in steam and other boilers and for purifying and filtering drinking water; vii) Thompson's improvements in apparatus for preventing the rise of effluvium in drains, sewers, cesspools and other places, and for regulating the level of water in rivers, reservoirs and canals; viii) Beniowski's improvements in the apparatus for and the process of printing.
