Scale: 1 inch to 10 feet. Surveyed by Joseph Hall, Huddersfield. 2 labels read i) 'Yorksh. Sumr. Asss./49 R.V. Costellow & Others. Plans' and ii) 'N.E. 1849. Plan with Depn. A. 45/70'.
