An MS note on the second reads 'Out of Mr Woods Closet in the room below stair' signed by John Wigg and John Hutchins. (2) Petition of the inhabitants of Hastings, Sussex, asking for commutation of the sentence of transportation on 6 named smugglers. (3) The Daily Gazetteer, 6 December 1744.
