Appellant: Micajah Lunt, merchant, John Currier, ship builder, Stephen Frothingham, gent, and George Lunt, ship master, all of Newbury Port, Massachusetts, North America, owner of the ship Fanchon, 1851. Respondent: George Burnett and William Wallace of Dundee, merchants, and John Jamie of Montrose, owners of the barque Bonanza. Subject: Collision between said vessels on 4 Feb 1850.

Appellant: Charles Schmelzer, 1852. Respondent: Sophia Lewis, wife of Henry Robert Lewis formerly wife of Stulz, and William Wesley and Edward Clark. Subject: Will of John Stulz. Lower Court.
