Book of lectures and notes on the Canon Law, the early ones incomplete, intended to provide instruction for budding canon lawyers at Oxford. 187 folios numbered 1-181, with un-numbered leaves after folios 34(2), 53, 99, 113, and 180 (item number 6692).
Dates: c 1377.
- Folios 1-15 are probably slightly later (early 15th century) than the rest of the manuscript; contains various canonical notes: 1-2r on the powers and duties of archdeacons (?); folios 2v-4v on LIber Sextus 4. 2-3; folios 5, 8-9, 6-7r; De procuratoribus on Clementinae I. 10 with other notes on the same subject, including forms of appointment of proctors (Alice atte Noke of Oxford, 1406) and on Clementinae V. 7; folio 7v on sacrilege; folios 10-14 on Clementinae V. 11 and II. 10; folio 15 on residence; includes (defective) 'ac extra de officio archidiaconi circa mandamus'.

- Folios 35-99: On Decretals 3.1-3.30.28; includes 'finito tractatu iudiciorum a quibus clerrici abstinere debent.'
- Folios 100-112: Robert Hallam, De Decimis (on Decretals, 3.30 1-2); includes 'Juxta rubrica quero que sit decima.'
- Folios 114-149: Thomas Stow, 'De constitacionibus rubrica sexti libri peslecti a magistro T Stow anno xl vi' [Edward III]; lectures on LIber Sextus. 1.2-2.12; includes 'quid sit constitucio vide hic Cardinalis cum quo concordo.'
- Folios 151-166: John Gaiscon (Gascoyne), Reportorium, De Judiciis (on Decretals, 2.1); includes 'De quovult deo casu qui promisit iudicem.'
- Folios 167-176: Kelowee, De Testibus (on decretals 2.20. 1-25); includes 'Sequitur rubrica de testibus te pro contumacione rubrice unde hic hostiensis in summa.'
- Follios 177-180: On Decretals 2.25.1-2.26.3; includes 'quid sit excepcio die quod large sumitur.'
