Cause papers for Appeal No 2.
Captured ship: the Danish schooner Franciska (master Mechelson), taken by HMS Cruizer (George H Douglas commanding); breaching the blockade of Riga.
Theatre of war: Baltic.
Appellant: Charles Northcote, for the schooner and freight.
Respondent: George H Douglas and Francis Hart Dyke, HM Procurator-General.
