Russian War: Prize Appeals before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

Cause papers for Appeal No 1.

Captured ship: the Mecklenburg ship Ostsee (master A F Vass or Voss), taken by HMS Alban (Henry C Otter commanding); breaching the blockade of Kronstadt.

Theatre of war: Baltic

Appellant: Theodor Heinrich Gustaf Schacht, for the ship.

Respondent: Henry C Otter and Francis Hart Dyke, HM Procurator-General.
