Description

Railway and Canal Commission - application by Taff Vale Railway for an order deciding whether proposed rates from Merthyr Vale Colliery to Cardiff and Penarth are a contravention of S.2 of the Railway and Canal Traffic Act, 1854 in causing an undue preference over other collieries. Proceedings etc.
