Samuel Pope, James T. Agg Gardner and A.B. Winterbothem (Trustees of the proceeds of the "A" Debenture Stock of the Midland and South Western Junction) v. the Railway Company. Action to determine whether and Certificates issued under Section 7 of the 1887 Act are proper Certificates upon which the Trustees should make payment and to whom. Claimants are Whadcoat Bros. and Co. and the Union Bank of Manchester. Legal Papers - Briefs, Correspondence, Affidavits, Order, Writ, Act of Parliament etc.
