These record proceedings in bankruptcy appeals, etc. heard by the Lord Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor, 1714 to 1851; Court of Review, 1832 to 1847; and the lords justices of the Court of Appeal in Chancery, 1851 to 1875.

There is also a minute book containing resolutions on matters of procedure etc. of the commissioners of the Court of Bankruptcy, 1843 to 1850.
