Description

SCARR v TRINITY COLLEGE, CAMBRIDGE:

Correspondence J H Bateman and Fowler. Two searches to be made about suit of 1620 in which Trinity College was a party (1786-1792);

Opinion on cross bill Chaytor v Trinity College, Cambridge: Richard Hollist, Middle Temple, counsel for the college, states that Wood is entitled to all tithes, including tithes of agistment;

List of papers given in evidence in the cross causes to be sent to London, including grant of Queen Mary (1792);

Beaumont Survey (1561);

Register of lease books to 1743 Enquiry by Fowler respecting sequestrators appointed Records of interviews, evidence of witnesses (1743).
